We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Associate.

This dynamic role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and are eager to apply their problem-solving skills to manage various aspects of our operations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with overseas suppliers, manage purchase orders, and oversee inspection, production, and shipping schedules.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Korean and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities :

1. Efficiently manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

2. Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any arising issues.

3. Oversee inspection, production, and shipping schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

4. Handle shipping documents and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to the operations.

6. Use Microsoft Word and Outlook to create, manage, and distribute necessary reports and communications.

7. Act as a key point of contact for all operational matters, providing timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

3. Bilingual in English and Korean, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

4. Proven experience in coordinating with overseas suppliers and managing purchase orders.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage inspection, production, and shipping schedules.

7. Experience in handling shipping documents, invoices, and other operational documentation.

8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
